It’s predicted to be mostly mild with flurries throughout the day in the GTA while some southern Ontario communities could see up to 10 cm of snowfall.

Environment Canada says Friday is expected to start with a 30 per cent chance of flurries in the morning before sunnier skies break through in Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton and Toronto.

You can expect brisk winds blowing around 30 km/h gusting up to 50 km/h with a daytime high of 3 C that will feel more like -9 C with the wind chill.

Into the evening there’s a 60 per cent chance of flurries later and overnight with a low of -14 C with the wind chill. The agency says to expect similar conditions in the Milton, Halton and Oshawa areas.
