VAUGHAN, ON — Students at Niagara University’s Ontario campus got a fresh look at youth homelessness.

They took part in what the Vaughan, Ontario-based school just outside of Toronto called the 360Experience.

The students spent the night on streets near the campus to learn the impact of homelessness on young adults.

Dr. Galina Boiarintseva led the project.

“You can read about youth homelessness, you can hear the statistics, but until you step into their shoes, you don’t fully understand the challenges they face every single day,” she said. “This experience reminded us why the work of 360°kids is so essential. Their commitment to supporting vulnerable youth and providing them with safety, stability, and opportunity is nothing short of inspiring.”
