SHOOTING: Man injured, suspects flee in Brampton [Video]

A man suffered serious injuries in a shooting in Brampton Wednesday night.

Emergency crews were called to the shooting in the Worthington Avenue and Bovaird Drive area around 9:10 p.m. on Wednesday, Peel Regional Police said on X. 

The man was transported to a hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Police said the culprit or culprits fled the area.

There was no suspect description provided.
