Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre rolled out a ‘boots, not suits’ campaign-style announcement ahead of an anticipated federal election call. Poilievre said a Conservative government would restore apprenticeship grants that are set to expire at the end of March and work with provinces to remove barriers across the country recognizing credentials in the trades.
