The incident happened in the 4400 block of West Wadley Ave. Tuesday afternoon.

MIDLAND, Texas — A three-year-old boy in a stroller sustained a bad injury after a car-pedestrian crash in Midland Tuesday afternoon, according to the Midland Police Department (MPD).

A woman was pushing a stroller as she was walking on the sidewalk of Wadley approaching the driveway of a restaurant.

A GMC Yukon was going to exit the driveway, but after the driver stopped before entering the roadway, the woman proceeded to walk and push the stroller in front of the vehicle, police say.

According to MPD, the driver did not see the pedestrians and hit the stroller.

A three-year-old was in the stroller and received a broken arm as a result of the accident, according to Midland Police.

MPD did not give out any citations.
