For six years Report on Business magazine’s Women Lead Here program has tracked gender diversity in the executive ranks of Canada’s publicly-traded companies. Each year, leaders from organizations on the list gather to share strategies to build on current progress.

In 2025 Report on Business magazine launched another key metric of gender diversity – the Top Growing Women-Led Companies list, celebrating women entrepreneurs and trailblazers. CEOs and executives from these organizations, along with diversity experts, gathered for a day-long event on April 8 to network and share strategies to support the advancement of more women into leadership roles.
