An Ontario woman is considering legal action after Uber refused to contact a driver who left with her five-year-old child sleeping in the back.
It was the first day of March break and the woman and her family were returning from a Raptor’s game in downtown Toronto at 11 p.m., the mother, Julia, told INsauga.com. Julia asked to use only her first name to protect her daughter’s identity.
When they got home, her daughter was sleeping soundly in the back. Her partner helped the three other children get out. The vehicle was a seven-seater and her daughter was in the rear row, impossible to reach until all the other children were out, she said.
