Man charged after Toronto woman assaulted on Vancouver’s seawall [Video]

Vancouver police say a man has been charged in connection with an assault in Coal Harbour earlier this month. 

News of the arrest came after a Toronto woman shared details on social media of a violent attack on Vancouver’s seawall.

In a video posted to TikTok on Tuesday, a woman says she was walking not far from her hotel in Coal Harbour when a man said something to her, ran at her, grabbed her jacket and threw her to the ground.

She says she was able to fight the man off and get away, but he continued his pursuit.
