BANGOR, Maine (WABI) – Get your umbrellas, rain jackets, and rain boots ready, you are going to need them this weekend!

Low pressure to our west over New York and Lake Ontario will provide rainy conditions this weekend, especially today. Rain will travel from the SW to NE. All of Maine will see widespread and heavy rainfall during the midday hours. The heaviest of rain will clear out of Western Maine by the afternoon but will continue in Eastern Maine until the evening hours. Scattered showers are likely once the bulk of the system works out this evening.
