Leaders of Canada’s political parties spent Sunday frantically campaigning ahead of Monday’s federal elections. 

Polls have Prime Minister Mark Carney’s Liberal Party as slight favorites to win. 

The election takes place against a backdrop of a trade war with the United States, which appears to be a key consideration for voters.
