Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney took a swipe at Donald Trump in his victory speech in Ottawa in the early hours of Tuesday, after it was projected his party would secure enough seats to form a government. “As I have been warning for months, America wants our land, our resources, our water, our country,” Carney said. “But these are not idle threats.
