Ontario Provincial Police are warning the public about a man serving a three-year (plus a day) term for robbery and assault who is on the loose and has been known to frequent Durham Region, Peterborough, Lindsay and Toronto.

Justin Smith, 26, is described as 6-foot and 180 pounds with several diagnostic tattoos: ‘Jenna’ on the right side of his neck; a tear drop and cross on his left cheek; ‘Louis VUITTON’ and five dots on his left hand; and ‘Trust’ and praying hands on his left forearm.

Anyone with information on Smith is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, the Provincial Rope Squad Main Office at (416) 808-5900 or 1-866-870-7673, or call 911.
