A man devouring a “fragrant” sandwich on a plane has left his seat neighbor in a state of “torture,” according to a post on Reddit.

The incident was detailed in a post shared by Darin Radatz (u/w000dsyOwl), a 39-year-old from the Midwest of the United States who manages and builds trails as a natural resource manager.

Radatz told Newsweek that he recently moved to the Jefferson City area of Missouri. But at the time of this incident, which took place in the spring of 2024 on a Delta Air Lines flight, he lived in Salida, Colorado.

The post, titled “Please do not bring a tuna fish sandwich with you on the plane and eat it on a flight,” has garnered 5,100 upvotes and hundreds of comments since it was shared on May 1.
