President Trump made a surprise announcement regarding Houthi rebels in Yemen during his meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney Tuesday. Mr. Trump said the U.S. military will no longer target the Houthis, and, in exchange, the group has agreed to stop threatening American ships in the Red Sea.
