Tornadoes touched down in Manitoba on Thursday, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC).

ECCC said it received reports of tornado sightings near Sperling, and Niverville, Man., and confirmed they were tornadoes on Friday.

No injuries have been reported as a result.
