An investigation is underway after gravesites were vandalized at a cemetery in Ontario, police say.
Ontario Provincial Police said officers responded on Friday to a cemetery on Albert Street in the Town of Arnprior, which is in eastern Ontario, west of Ottawa, for reports of damage.
Police said it’s believed the vandalism and damage happened between May 14 and May 16.
“The culprits drove over gravesites, damaging the grass and multiple headstones,” OPP said.
Police are now looking for who was responsible and asked that anyone with information come forward.
