Anthony Emmanuel Labrador Sierra, 24, is accused of using false documents to enroll at Perrysburg High School.
Anthony Emmanuel Labrador Sierra was arrested by Perrysburg police on May 19 and charged with forgery. The following day, ICE lodged a detainer request with the Wood County jail.
ICE officials allege that Labrador Sierra entered the U.S. illegally in March 2020 and later used falsified documents to enroll in school under a different name and age.
“Anthony Emmanuel Labrador-Sierra is a 24-year-old illegal alien from Venezuela who has been posing as teenager and attending Perrysburg High School in Ohio,” Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement released Wednesday. She said ICE moved to ensure Labrador Sierra “is removed from this community and no longer able to prey on the students of Perrysburg High School.”
