PORTLAND, Ore. — The Rose Festival’s Fleet Week returns to Portland on Wednesday, June 4. The event, which runs through June 8, is an opportunity for people to learn about ships from the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and the Royal Canadian Navy, and even tour some of the vessels.
This year will have the most ships for Fleet Week since 2019 and almost 700 sailors participating in what’s been the longest consecutive running fleet week in the U.S. Visiting ships have been making their way to the city’s waterfront since 1907, and this year is no exception, with eight ships coming.
