A fast-growing taco brand is making its mark in Ontario with bold flavours and a fresh take on Mexican-inspired eats.

Ghost Taco has been expanding quickly, bringing its self-proclaimed “unauthentic Mexican” concept to new locations across the province. While the name might sound spooky, the logo and branding tell a different story. They’re bright, playful and full of personality— just like the menu.

With restaurants already open in Newmarket and Vaughan, Ghost Taco is now preparing to launch in Whitby, with a Toronto location to follow.

The menu offers an inventive mix of tacos, bowls, and sides. Some options include Baja fish, chicken tinga, crispy Korean tofu, and Alabama chicken, which features fried chicken tossed in a white sauce. Guests can also build their own meals with a choice of proteins, toppings, and house-made sauces.
