The opening of the emergency shelter in Summerside has been delayed yet again. About a year after saying it would open soon, officials with the province now say people sleeping rough will have to wait longer. Community activist Elysha Whitlock worries that even after it opens, the 10 beds planned for it ‘quite honestly are not going to cut it.’ CBC’s Tony Davis finds out why.
