A heritage building that was once a post office is, along with an almost century-old structure that was once a theatre, for sale.

Earlier this month, two iconic heritage structures–currently operating as mixed-use commercial and residential spaces–hit the market. The combined offering of 70 Mill Street and 72-74 Mill Street in Halton Hills (downtown Georgetown, to be exact) offers the buyer an opportunity to redevelop a half-acre site.

According to the listing, 70 Mill Street (the former post office) currently boasts 12 units, green space and on-site parking.
