AMBER alert issued for 12-year-old North Texas boy [Video]

HEARTLAND, Texas — An AMBER alert was issued Saturday night for a young boy missing from Kaufman County.

According to the Crandall Police Department, Connor Young, a 12-year-old Black male, was reportedly abducted by a Black female, identified as Dorcas Young, 42, out of the Heartland area, which is about 25 miles east of Downtown Dallas. 

The pair were last seen at the Shops at Park Lane, according to Dallas Police, who are assisting in the search. The suspect’s vehicle is described as a 2023 black GMC Yukon with the license plate number SNH9831.

Connor is described as 5’4″ with brown eyes, and brown hair, and weighs 100 pounds.

The suspect Dorcas Young is described as 5’4″ with short black hair, and brown eyes and weighs about 230 pounds.
