Another weather advisory issued in Ontario [Video]

Another weather advisory has been issued in Ontario, not long after a previous one was lifted.

Environment Canada has placed some areas west of Thunder Bay under a frost advisory.

“Temperatures are expected to drop to near the freezing mark overnight into Thursday morning,” the weather agency said.

“Cover up plants, especially those in frost-prone areas.”

Some of those areas covered by the advisory were under a heat warning just last week, when Environment Canada warned that highs up to 33 C were possible.

A frost advisory that was in effect for some areas north of Sault Ste. Marie for Wednesday morning has since been lifted.

Meanwhile, in southern Ontario, below-average temperatures and rain are expected over the next few days, though no weather alerts are currently in place for the region.
