After a cloudy and rainy start to the weekend, clear skies and cooler temperatures will settle in across southern Ontario on Sunday.

Those hoping to catch the 6:24 a.m. sunrise are in luck. Visibility will be clear across the region, making it the perfect morning to grab a warm drink and soak in the soft glow of spring.

Mississauga, Brampton, Halton, Hamilton and Durham will see sunny conditions throughout the day.  Temperatures are expected to soar to 10 C in Mississauga, Brampton, Halton and Hamilton. Durham will see a slightly warmer high of 11 C.

The UV index will reach a high 7, and Environment Canada advises wearing sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat if you’re outdoors between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
