Wednesday could bring double-digit temperatures and a chance of rain to the Greater Toronto Area and parts of southern Ontario.

Environment Canada says the day should start off with a mix of sun and clouds in the morning with a chance of showers later in the day in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, and the Durham area.

In Mississauga, temperatures could reach up to 17 C but will drop down to around 10 C near the lakefront.

Into the evening, there’s a 30 per cent chance of showers across the GTA while Hamilton and the Niagara Falls area should stay dry, the weather agency says.

The overnight low is expected to be around 7 C.

Temperatures will stay warm throughout the rest of the week with a daytime high of around 21 C in Mississauga with clear skies and a low of 8 C on Thursday, and a 40 per cent chance …
