It could be a chilly day with strong winds and snow expected in the Greater Toronto Area and across southern Ontario.
Environment Canada says it will be a cloudy start to Tuesday with a 30 per cent chance of flurries in the morning and northwest winds blowing around 30 km/h gusting up to 50 km/h.
While seasonal normals are around 10 C, the daytime high on will be a cool -1 C that will feel more like -12 C with the wind chill in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton, Durham Region and the Niagara Falls area.
