Are The Beer Store and LCBO open on Family Day in Ontario? [Video]

A long weekend is coming up in Ontario.

Family Day is on Monday, Feb. 17.

If you’re looking to get some alcohol on the holiday, will The Beer Store or LCBO be an option?

It appears not, with both The Beer Store and LCBO confirming to INsauga.com that their locations will be closed on Monday.

“The Beer Store (TBS) is pleased to support Family Day by giving our dedicated employees time to celebrate with their loved ones,” the Beer Store said in a statement.

“As a result, all TBS locations across Ontario will be closed on Monday, Feb. 17.”

Regular hours will resume on Tuesday.

The LCBO said all of its stores will be closed on Monday as well, though select LCBO Convenience Outlets might be open with regular hours where permitted by local municipalities.
