Three people are dead and another person has serious injuries after a two-vehicle crash on Highway 401 in Ontario.

Emergency crews were called to the collision around 1:15 p.m. on Saturday in the westbound lanes of the highway, west of the County Road 40 interchange in Quinte West, west of Belleville, OPP said.
