Phil Goodland and Jenny Rockett are teaming up to open Birdie Pastry Coffee and Snacks in downtown St.John’s. The CBC’s Elizabeth Whitten and Danny Arsenault dropped by the in-the-works space to get the story behind the name of the business and how it will differ from Goodland’s last bakery, Levain.
