Bob Rae: Canada has ‘moral obligation’ to help Haiti

Canada’s ambassador to the United Nations, Bob Rae, says a looming military intervention is the best chance Haiti has of uprooting gangs that are causing havoc. He says Canada is helping prepare for the intervention because Haiti’s political crisis is affecting the Americas at large, and because Canada has a moral duty to help stop brazen violence.
