All but two players will join the Broncos straight out of high school.
BOISE, Idaho — Boise State football welcomed 22 new players to the program on Wednesday, including four players each from Texas and California, along with individuals from Florida, Wyoming, Washington, Utah, Oregon, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, and Canada.
The Broncos also added Dallyn Grimes, a three-star offensive lineman from Middleton High School.
Only two signees, both defensive backs, are transferring from community colleges during the early signing period. Junior Samuel Brooks from Jacksonville, Florida will join the Broncos from Dodge City Community College, while junior Jaylen Webb from Kennedale, Texas, is transferring from Kilgore Junior College.
Brooks was a first-team all-conference this season with Dodge City Community College, where he had a team-high 89 tackles.
Webb played two seasons at Kilgore Junior College as a safety. He was named the 2024 Southwest Junior College Football Conference Defensive Player of the Year.
