US-Canada relations sour as President Donald Trump continue with his satirical spoof against Canada PM Trudeau on Feb 21. Taking the social media handle, Trump took a sarcastic dig on Trudeau ahead of the Ice Hockey match against Canada. Taking his truth social account, he wrote that the ‘American Hockey Team would spur victory against the Canada’. Following this, he took a jibe at Trudeau stating that Canada would ‘someday, maybe soon, become our cherished, and very important, 51st state’. Taking into this account, US Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt reiterated Trump’s remark of Canada being the 51st US state in ‘near future’.
