As winter weather continues in Canada, a warm-weather getaway could be a good plan.

Canada’s groundhogs had mixed predictions for the next six weeks but winter weather is here in southern Ontario. Up to 15 cm of snow could fall this weekend in the GTA.

While some people are avoiding travel to the U.S. due to tariff threats, those planning a last-minute trip may want to check out the latest advisories.

Risks: Shortages of basic necessities including food, medicine and fuel.
