Canada PM Hopeful Says How She Wants to ‘Painfully Target’ U.S. With Tariffs [Video]

Chrystia Freeland, the former finance minister running to succeed Justin Trudeau as Canada’s prime minister, said on Monday that Canada should release a “retaliation list” of American goods to target if U.S. President Donald Trump makes good on his threat to impose a 25 percent tariff on Canadian products.
