Canada’s biggest cheese festival set to hit big Ontario city [Video]

On May 24-25 cheese lovers will gather in Kingston to ask themselves the big questions, like “can there be too much cheese?” and “should I have another piece of cheese?”

The answer to those questions will always be no and yes, but cheese aficionados are expected to show up at historic Fort Henry to test that hypothesis anyway at the Great Canadian Cheese Festival, back in Kingston after a seven-year absence.

The Great Canadian Cheese Festival gathers together many of the country’s best cheesemakers and artisan food producers for two full days of meeting, tasting, buying and learning.

Returning after a 7-year hiatus, the cheese festival has become the biggest artisan cheese show in Canada, with more than 100 exhibitors and vendors offering hundreds of artisan food products, including 300-plus cow, sheep, goat, and water buffalo milk cheeses plus wine, craft beer, distilleries, ciders, zero-proof beverages, cideries, pickles, jams, honey, …
