The family of the late Frank Osei is reportedly gripped with fear that justice may not be served in their son’s murder case due to recent developments.

They worry that, like in other similar cases, this one may not lead to justice, especially since the main suspect, Safina Mohamed, appears to be undermining the proceedings with her lackadaisical attitude toward the court.

After a Tema High Court granted Safina bail of GH¢500,000, she was required to attend all court hearings.

However, she regularly skipped court, prompting the judge to issue a first bench warrant for her arrest.

On that day, her lawyer claimed that Safina was unclear about the court dates, which explained her absence.
