SIOUX CITY (KTIV) –
TODAY, TONIGHT, AND
TOMORROW’S FORECAST:
The big focus for your Sunday will be the widespread ground smoke from the Canadian wildfires.
This ground smoke will stick around all day, causing visibility and air quality issues.
Below is where the ground smoke will be located this Sunday afternoon.
Besides the smoke, it will be a warm and sunny day (if you are able to see the sun), as highs will climb into the 80s and 90s.
Winds will be light at 5 to 10 miles per hour from the southwest.
The ground smoke will continue to stick around through the evening and early nighttime hours, but once we get into the early morning hours of Tuesday, the smoke should be exiting Siouxland.
Lows tonight will fall into the 50s and 60s with winds light at 5 to 10 miles per hour.
Then our attention will turn to Monday afternoon …
