A cannabis store in Oshawa was robbed last Thursday with the suspect getting away with cash after pointing a firearm at the employee.
Durham Police responded to a robbery call at the Twisted Root store on Bloor Street at 9 p.m. on April 24 and learned the suspect had entered the store holding a gun and ordered an employee to hand over cash and cannabis products. A quantity of cash was taken and the suspect fled the area prior to the arrival of police.
No physical injuries were reported and no description of the suspect was provided.
