The Alberta RCMP’s major crimes unit has charged a third person in the death of 33-year-old Calgarian Kyle Schuiling.
Schuiling’s remains were found after firefighters responded to a grass fire west of Calgary near the Tsuut’ina Nation back in April.
Forty-one-year-old Chad McKinnon of Strathmore is charged with accessory after the fact to murder, along with flight from police and dangerous driving.
RCMP say the suspect fled from officers and damaged two cruisers, which also resulted in one officer getting hurt.
McKinnnon will appear in court in Calgary on Thursday.
RCMP previously charged Christopher Stack, 39, of Calgary, with first-degree murder.
Tyler Griffiths, 37, of Vernon, B.C., is also charged with first-degree murder.
