RACHEL BONNETTA believes a “life-changing” diagnosis has answered her deepest questions from childhood.

The former NFL Network and Fox Sports star had “always been confused” about herself – until deciding to “learn about my brain”.

Now the 33-year-old has announced on social media she has autism – which she calls “beautiful” and a “gift”.

The ex-Major League Soccer presenter reckons the medical revelation “has completely changed my life and the way I understand it”.

The Canadian was a children’s TV show host until covering the MLS and working for Fox Sports 1.

Bonnetta then switched to the NFL Network in 2021, covering all the major events, such as the Super Bowl, NFL Honors and NFL Red Carpet.

But she left the network two years later – becoming a stand-up comedian.
