Conservative Prime Ministerial candidate Pierre Poilievre took on Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, labelling his cabinet shuffle as a ‘chaotic clownshow’. Poilievre said he will write to Governor General Mary Simon to request that Parliament be reconvened. Addressing questions on US President-elect Donald Trump’s tariff threats and 51st state jibe, he vowed to put Canada first just as Trump’s endeavour to put America first.
