Adobo Ranch is Chipotle’s first new dip since the launch of Queso Blanco in 2020.
DENVER — A new dip is joining the Chipotle menu for the first time in five years.
Chipotle Mexican Grill announced Monday it will debut the new Adobo Ranch on Tuesday, June 17.
Featuring a mix of adobo pepper, sour cream, herbs and spices, the new dip will be available in Chipotle’s burritos, bowls, salads, tacos and quesadillas.
Chipotle said Adobo Ranch will be available at its locations across the United States and Canada. The dip will be made fresh inside Chipotle restaurants, the company said.
Chipotle Rewards members will be able to try the dip for free June 17, if they join the program by 11 p.m. PST on June 16.
Chipotle said ranch dips and dressings have surged in popularity, surpassing ketchup as American’s favorite condiment in 2024.
