The ongoing drought, which has affected most of the state for the past month, has resulted in many Christmas trees becoming dehydrated.Younger Christmas trees are particularly at risk as they may be lacking enough water to grow to their full potential.However, Christmas tree growers said that when people buy a tree this year, there are certain methods they can use to rehydrate the tree after bringing it home.Mark Harnett, owner of Mistletoe Christmas Tree Farm in Stow, said the farm won’t end up selling close to half of its trees this year and will end up losing more down the road.”This is a concolor we planted this spring, and you can see how yellowed .
