No injuries were reported. Lakeside Avenue between West 3rd Street and Ontario Street was closed for several hours, as was the Justice Center complex.
Officials said the fire was contained as of 12:15 p.m. No injuries were reported.

Cuyahoga County authorities also advised that there would be “intermittent power outages in the area from East 21st Street to West 9th Street between Lakeside and Huron throughout the day.”
So how all of this happen?
“We had a domino effect here on Lakeside (Avenue), and it was a water main break which put down a transformer on Lakeside, which caused a small fire,” explained Cuyahoga County Executive Chris Ronayne.
Ronayne says electrical crews rushed in to turn the power off.
