Canadian fashion chain Frank and Oak has officially closed all 14 stores.

In April, the Superior Court of Quebec approved the sale of the Frank and Oak brand to Lamour Group and Thread Collective Inc.

This week, Frank and Oak said goodbye in a post on Instagram.

“We wanted to say one final thank you for everything and cannot overstate how truly grateful we are to have shared this time with you,” the post reads. “We have reached the end of this chapter, but the story of Frank And Oak is far from over.”

The company confirmed both the online and retail stores are now closed but they are planning a return in some form.
