Hamilton’s network of residential care facilities should be the focus of a government review that examines the needs of their residents and the city should keep track of movement from the privately operated homes, a coroner’s inquest recommends.

Those are two of 21 recommendations a jury presented after listening to two weeks of evidence that examined Attila Csanyi’s final days. The 28-year-old died of a drug overdose on the roof of Jackson Square in May 2020.
