A driver in his 70s is in critical condition after a single-vehicle crash in Scarborough Monday morning, police say.
Emergency crews were called to the area of Military Trail and Ellesmere Road, east of Morningside Avenue, just after 8 a.m.
Early reports indicate that the driver struck a tree, according to police.
The driver was found without vital signs and transported to hospital.
