A water main break has closed the westbound lanes of West Wellesley Avenue between Belt Street and Alberta Street.

SPOKANE, Wash. — Tuesday morning commuters traveling near the Shadle Shopping Center should expect some delays or changes to their commute.

According to the City of Spokane, a water main break has closed the westbound lanes of West Wellesley Avenue between Belt Street and Alberta Street.

The City of Spokane said a detour is in place and eastbound lanes remain open.
