Ector County Environmental Enforcement is needing help identifying the man responsible for the alleged illegal dumping.
ODESSA, Texas — Ector County Environmental Enforcement needs the public’s help in identifying a man who dumped four loads of unknown fluids out of a waste hauler, according to an Odessa Crime Stoppers Facebook post.
The alleged illegal dumping happened west of Yukon and Knox between Sept. 4 and Sept. 5.
