Hamilton city councillor and Liberal candidate John-Paul Danko has been elected in the riding of Hamilton West—Ancaster—Dundas. Danko celebrated the win with his wife Dawn Danko, family and volunteers from his campaign at the Ancaster Mill.

John-Paul Danko has held the Hamilton West—Ancaster—Dundas seat for the Liberals.

The Ward 8 city councillor managed to keep the open riding red Monday night, marking the end of his time around the municipal horseshoe.
